Locating
a Room: There is a
code for locating rooms
on campus based on the
building abbreviations,
room number and 'avenues'
on campus. See details
below.

AS - Arts and
Sciences Building
CC - College
Center Building
CH - Childcare
Center

Room
Numbers
- The first
number is the level
or floor the room is
located on.
- The second
number is the avenue.
(There are six avenues)
Refer to the map above.
Avenues are listed in
blue on the right side
of the map.
- The third
and fourth numbers
are the room numbers.
The lowest number on
campus is "01"
and the north end of
campus. The highest
number is "61"
at the south end of
campus. Room number
guides are listed in
blue near the top of
the map.
- The optional
letter at the end
indicates that the room
is an interior room
(the door is not located
on the outside of the
building) and is between
avenues.
By this
example, you would expect
to find the door to CC2255A
on the second level of
the College Center Building.
It would be located along
"Avenue 2" and
room "55" which
would be located almost
in the center of the Administration
building (Administration
Building also uses the
"CC" abbreviation)
at the south end of the
campus. And because the
room ends with an "A",
you would expect the door
to be located inside the
building.
